About
Lucianne Siers, OP has recently completed her term on the Leadership Team of the Dominican Sisters of Grand Rapids. She served as executive director of the Partnership for Global Justice in New York City which is an NGO to the United Nations and was appointed and co-promoter of justice for the Dominicans of North America. She has served in leadership roles with a number of other organizations, including six years working in Eastern Europe on behalf of the National Conference of Catholic Bishops based in Washington, D.C. Sister Lucianne earned Bachelor of Arts (major English) and a Master of Arts in Religious Education, both degrees from Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, MI; a Masters of Arts degree in Systematic Theology from Boston College and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Missiology and Catechesis from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C; and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Fordham University.
