ABOUT THE EVENT
The Center for the Study of Consecrated Life (CSCL) at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago (CTU) is offering a Fall 2026 event to explore the opportunities, challenges, and implications of naming and engaging Racial Justice among women’s and men’s religious congregations.
The event begins on October 28, 2026 at 4:00-7:30 p.m., of listening and responding to two excellent plenary speakers. Refreshments will be served. The second day on October 29, 2026 begins at 8:30am until 12:00pm consist of four workshops on religious life and the experiences of racial justice. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
The program is sponsored through the Hilton Grant. The events will address intercultural and racial contexts of religious life today.
Attendance of the event is gratis and available on-site and in-person. Free parking is available.
