Ferdinand Okorie is a member of the Claretian Missionaries. He received his MDiv, and an MA in Theology with a concentration in Biblical Languages and Literature from Catholic Theological Union, Chicago.  He is currently a PhD Candidate in New Testament and Early Christianity at Loyola University Chicago.


His research interests include Paul’s letters, the relationship between Paul’s letters and the Pastoral letters, the Greco-Roman context of Early Christianity and the intersection between religion and culture. He has taught courses at Loyola University as an adjunct faculty. He is currently a beginning scholar in New Testament and Early Christianity at Catholic Theological Union, Chicago.
