The Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament was founded in Paris, France, in 1856 by Saint Peter Julian Eymard, the Apostle of the Eucharist. Since that time, our Priests and Brothers have continued the mission begun by St. Peter Julian Eymard. Like him, we want the Mystery of the Eucharist to be loved and lived in its fullness. As religious Priests and Brothers, we daily adore the Blessed Sacrament, celebrate the Eucharist, pray the Divine Office, administer parishes, teach, write, sanctify God’s people with the sacraments, and center our lives on God’s love revealed in the Eucharist. We have communities in Chicago, Cleveland, Houston, New York City, San Antonio, and Tampa (Province of St. Ann). Come, join our mission!
