Nadiya completed her Master of Arts in Theology in Poland in 2003, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey devoted to faith and service. Over the next two decades, she responded to the call of missionary work, passionately sharing the Gospel across six different countries, with a particular focus on education, spiritual growth, and social justice advocacy. This extensive experience not only allowed her to connect with diverse cultures and communities but also deepened her practical understanding of theology. Originally Ukrainian, her heritage has profoundly shaped her approach to ministry, instilling in her a deep sense of compassion and an unwavering commitment to positively impacting the lives of those she serves.

Throughout her professional journey, Nadiya has embraced diverse roles that have refined her leadership skills and her commitment to excellence. She currently serves as the Director of Continuing Education at Catholic Theological Union, overseeing programs that enhance lifelong learning for ministry leaders and laypersons alike. Previously, as the Director of the Tolton Teaching Parish Program at Mundelein Seminary (2020-2024), she crafted transformative learning experiences for aspiring ministry leaders, seamlessly blending theoretical education with practical parish applications. Earlier in her career, Nadiya served as the Director of the Diocesan Catechetical Department in Irkutsk, Siberia (2012-2015), where she pioneered innovative lay leadership formation initiatives and guided the development of lay ministries.
