Lord, source of eternal life and truth, I can’t remember a time when I was so moved by a Pope.

I come before you an imperfect child humble as I know with a prayer of intercession for Pope Leo XIV. Please give to your shepherd a spirit of courage and right judgment, a spirit of knowledge and love. By governing with fidelity those entrusted to his care, may he, as successor to the Apostle Peter and Vicar of Christ, build and bridge your Church into a sacrament of unity, love and peace for all the world. May God bless and protect Pope Leo XIV.
