Engaging Outside One’s Faith: Perspectives from Within the Abrahamic Tent

While each member of a family may live a unique and fulfilling life, their differentiated experiences create opportunities to strengthen connections within the broader family unit. Members of the Abrahamic family have all preserved and transmitted opinions about how a religious community can engage with those who live outside their own particular spheres. It is in the spirit of the unique and the connected that In Good Faith will bring together scholars of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam to engage themes of interfaith dialogue in early and classical sources, as well as consider the ways in which these themes can help to support dialogue in the contemporary context.
