2022 Holocaust Remembrance Lecture Series Survivor Presentation

Dr. Adina Sella was born in 1935 in Hamburg, Germany. She spent most of the Second World War in Italy and arrived in Palestine in 1945, where she went to school and served in the army. From there, Dr. Sella moved to Geneva, Switzerland, where she earned a Masters degree and met her future husband. In 1963, Dr. Sella and her husband moved to the United States, first settling in Seattle, then New York, and finally in Chicago. In this talk, Dr. Sella will share the extraordinary details of her survival.
