Dawn M. Nothwehr, O.S.F., Ph.D., (Rochester, MN Franciscans) teaches ethics courses concerning ecology, racial justice, feminism, CST, and fundamental moral theology.

Friar Michael Perry, OFM, Former OFM General Minister
CTU Alumnus Michael A. Perry, OFM, PhD has served the Franciscans and the Church in variety of capacities. He worked in the formation of its candidates, with the Office of Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation, he worked as a missionary in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He was provincial Minister of the Sacred Heart Province, general Vicar and then general Minister of the OFM (2013-2021).
Michael has a doctorate in religious anthropology and served as a resource for Catholic Relief Services and the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. He is presently working at Siena College in New York

Friar Michael Perry, OFM, and Sister Dawn M. Nothwehr, OSF, as they reflect on San Francesco’s influence of Pope Francisco and the pope’s influence on the Franciscan family.

At the end of the event a reception will be held in honor of Friar Gilbert Ostdiek to celebrate his 90th birthday.
