MLK Prayer Service

Please join the CTU community for a prayer service led by students, alumni, and friends.  We will be celebrating Dr. King’s legacy from an interfaith perspective and inviting all to consider the ways Dr. King has inspired today’s work toward nonviolent social change.
 
Our online gathering remembering Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. will have prayer, music, reflections and a charge to the CTU community including:
 
  • Christian Reflection – Gardis Watts, CTU MDiv Tolton Scholar
  • Jewish Reflection – Ranana Dine, University of Chicago School of Divinity
  • Muslim Reflection – Sana Syed, CTU DMin Student
  • Invited speaker – Rev. Dr. Marilyn Pagan Banks, Executive Director, A Just Harvest
