The Communications Manager leads and implements a comprehensive, strategic communications program that amplifies the mission and values of Saint Thomas More, the Catholic Chapel and Center at Yale. This role blends creativity with technical proficiency, overseeing digital platforms, promotions, publications, and storytelling initiatives that engage students, alumni, and the broader community.
The ideal candidate is an innovative communicator with strong design sensibility, excellent writing proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects—from digital campaigns and event promotion to publication production—within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
May supervise communications staff, interns, student assistants, and freelance contributors. Work status is Full-time. FLSA Status is Exempt.
