Please complete the request information for your desired reservation. Once your request has been submitted, a member of our staff will be in touch with you within 5 business days regarding availability and/or processing payment. Payment can be made using a credit card over the phone.
- This request does not guarantee a guest room in our Residence Hall. You will receive a confirmation via email regarding the availability of a guest room available per your request within 5 business days. Those who have a guest room will also receive instructions on methods of payment.
- If you do not receive a confirmation via email, contact the Events and Student Services office after 5 business days.
- If you are requesting a guest room less than 5 business days before your request, there is no guarantee of room availability. The Events and Student Services will contact you directly if there is a guest room for your request.
- You will follow the cancellation and modification policy listed on the previous page.
