Meet the Director and Staff
IRF Information
Br. Paul Michalenko, S.T., Program Director for the Institute of Religious Formation (IRF), provides oversight and direction for the program. He has international experience in consulting with religious organizations and formation ministry. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational development and master's degree in religious studies. He is a member of the Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity where he has been a General Councilor and Novice Master.
Timothy L. Crum, Programs Coordinator for the Institute of Religious Formation and Hesburgh Sabbatical Program, provides critical services and the coordination necessary to the mission of the programs. Tim holds a juris doctor and has been involved in a variety of legal and professional activities, including mediation and dispute resolution settings. He is currently completing a master's degree in religious studies with a special interest in the English Reformation and Elizabethan & Anglican litugical history.
