Thomas F. O'Meara, O.P. is the retired William K. Warren Professor of Theology at the University of Notre Dame. He studied at the University of Munich under Karl Rahner and Heinrich Fries and has taught at Aquinas Institute, Dubuque, Iowa, at the Dominican Studium in Nigeria, and at the University of San Diego. He has published widely, including Romantic Idealism and Roman Catholicism (1981), Thomas Aquinas: Theologian (1997), and A Theologian's Journey (2002). His book on Revelation and Extraterrestrials will be published this spring.
