Mr. Harold Gershowitz is the Chairman of New Century Information Services and the retired Corporate Senior Vice President of Waste Management, Inc., where he worked for 20 years. He earned a B.A. in Public Administration from the University of Maryland.

Rev. Thomas Coughlin, O.P. Miss., is Director of the Deaf Apostolate of the San Antonio Archdiocese, an on-call RN at the Texas School for the Deaf in Austin, Texas, and founder and Prior General of the Dominican Missionaries for the Deaf Apostolate Congregation. Fr. Coughlin earned a B.A. in English from Gallaudet University and an M.A.in Religious Studies from The Catholic University of America. He returned to school and pursued an Associate of Science degree in nursing from Excelsior College.

Sr. Mary Collins, O.S.B., earned her Ph.D. in Sacramental and Liturgical Studies at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where she would later become a full professor and has served as Professor Emerita in the School of Theology and Religious Studies since 1999. Professor Collins has also taught on the faculties of Benedictine College, Atchison, Kansas, and The University of Kansas at Lawrence. From 1999 to 2005, she served as prioress of Mount St. Scholastica in Atchison.
