Dual Degrees
Degree Programs
M.Div. and M.A. at CTU
Students may pursue simultaneously both the M.Div. and the M.A. at CTU. Six courses may be used to fulfill requirements for both degrees as long as the student makes this clear when they register for a course they want to count for both degrees and negotiates with the instructor the best way to satisfy requirements for each degree.
M.Div. and Master-level degree in social work
For students interested in combining an M.Div. degree at CTU with a master-level degree in social work, a dual degree option is available through the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago, or the M.S.W. through Loyola University.
M.Div./Ph.D.
By a special arrangement with the Divinity School at the University of Chicago, students may pursue a coordinated M.Div. program at CTU with the intent of gaining admission to the Ph.D. program in the Divinity School.
